Customer introduction

Our customer' company is located in Estonia, she wanted to purchase the cylinder filter element to suit their machines. Because the machine they owned was designed by Bruckner Machinery Technology Co., LTD, the cylinder filter element they needed had relatively complicated structure. Additional, the cylinder filter should be high temperature resistant and easy to clean.

Cylinder filler element is consist of inner pleated woven wire mesh for filtering and outer perforated mesh for supporting.

Negotiation introduction

• About the drawing
  Our customer firstly sent us a drawing of the filter to see whether we could produce it. After confirming with our technicians, we told our customer that we could produce it and we have produced similar products for other customers.
  Then we recommended the customer the specs including the material. After discussing, the customer decided to choose the SS 304. And she want 4 pieces as trial order.
  During production, we communicated with our customer timely once we were not certain about the information and other technical data.
• About the flange part
  Since this cylinder filter was a precision filter element, which demanded us process flange parts on precision lathe. After several times adjustments, we made the parts successfully and sent the trial order to our customer timely.

The flange part is precisely processed by the lathe.

The surface of the cylinder filter element is smooth and bright.

Package introduction

The filter element are first wrapped by plastic film, then carton box and finally put into wooden case.
